  • Like you're carrying this weight on your shoulders all the time, struggling to keep up with daily responsibilities.

  • Constant worry that just won't quit. It's like your mind won't shut off, always running a mile a minute.

  • Physically and mentally exhausted. It's like you're running on empty, just trying to make it through each day.

  • A deep desire for something better, or different, than the solutions you’ve been coming up with.

Some of the concerns we often work with

  • Anxiety is a natural response to stress or perceived threats, but when it becomes excessive or overwhelming, it can interfere with daily life. It often shows up as worry, nervousness, or fear, accompanied by physical symptoms like rapid heartbeat, sweating, trembling, and difficulty concentrating. Together, we can create some tools to help you manage your anxiety.

  • Depression sometimes shows up as sadness, hopelessness, and loss of interest or pleasure in activities once enjoyed. It can impact how you think, feel, and handle daily activities, often leading to changes in appetite, sleep patterns, and energy levels. We will use evidence-based methods to help you find relief from depression.

  • We have all experienced relational distress at one time or another. Whether with a friend, spouse, family member, or someone else, these issues can be difficult to navigate alone. Sometimes they stem from communication problems, trust issues, unresolved conflicts, differing values or goals, lack of intimacy, or external stressors. Whatever the issue, we can help you process it, and navigate through it.

  • Trauma can feel isolating, confusing, and scary to navigate. No matter where your trauma stems from, we can work together to process your experiences, develop coping strategies, and heal from the impact of the trauma.

We’re glad you’re here. Let’s talk and start this work together.
